Aren't you glad about the Katy/Taylor situation ?

Prism would have to average over 40,000 copies sold every month for the next three years to catch up to Speak Now...that's not going to happen! Prism has absolutely no chance of ever catching up to 1989, as 1989 has already more than doubled Prism's number...and 1989 is still selling strong. Taylor's latest will probably end up tripling Prism's sales in the end.

You do notice that I was talking about PRISM catching up to Speak Now, not 1989, right?

By taking her music and videos out of every website except for YouTube and VEVO. Yeah, right. Katy has her music and videos available in Spotify, YouTube, VEVO, MySpace, Radio.com, Jango, SoundCloud, All Music, Hitfix, her own website and etc... yet her music videos still gained that many views on YouTube and VEVO. Taylor could never. The only reason that Taylor's Shake It Off and Blank Space music videos got so many views was because of Taylor taking her music and videos out of all websites except for YouTube and VEVO. And she later added her music and videos to Tidal, which was a huge failure. You tried though.

Do you work for Katy's team or something? All I see you do on this site is come in and "defend" Katy. Just let it go lol. It's not that serious.

I honestly couldn't care less. This is something the media makes up just to sell stories, and of course, people buy them. It's just dumb to see these "I'm going to SHADE you on my next video" things headline news and of course, sTaNs all over the net are enjoying these dumb fights.

LOL, no. Katy doesn't even knows that I exist. I'm a KatyCat and I am obliviously going to defend Katy. Plus, defending Katy is not the only thing I do on this site. You haven't seen all my posts.

It doesn't make sense how some are comparing Katy's 3rd album with Taylor's 5th... Taylor's previous albums were country. In all fairness this would really be Taylor's 2nd album (pop). The numbers don't lie, and Katy just doesn't stand up to Taylor. Katy may fill up arenas with her tours, but Taylor fills up stadiums.

Yes, and that's exactly what I was referring to:

"Prism would have to average over 40,000 copies sold every week for the next three years to catch up to Speak Now...that's not going to happen!"

Prism isn't going to catch up to Speak Now....and 1989 is killing Prism's numbers, by selling more than twice as much already!

Sorry, but, PRISM average monthly sales are 300K-400K copies. It will happen.

I'm not happy with it. I'm back on another war. I would hope that Gaga comes like a White Horse (Buy on iTunes now!). :green:

Prism, the album, is selling less 15k a week and has been for months now. A year ago, Prism was selling around 25-27K a week worldwide. The last time Prism sold 300-400k a month worldwide was a year and a half ago.

It's not happening. Prism isn't going to make it Speak Now's total.

No henny :rip: if it was averaging 300k it would be near 6 million sold as of now

Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and trust~

Prism needs to average that much per WEEK to have a chance of catching up to Speak Now.
