of course, I agree, but there is a reason why she did an arena tour this time, and it's not just to have an intimate feeling for the fans.

Yes, it's good business not to over saturate at The same time and provide a different experience than two previous ones... Just like  U2 is doing... She could easily do a Asia -South america etc heavy stadium tour with huge cross. But she choose to do more intimate tour (thank god, arenas have way superior sound)

Yes, I do agree with you too. It's a clear strategy to not over-saturate the market, or even maybe prevent lower demand as she has toured a lot the last decade. In any case, I think it was a right call to make this an arena tour.

She should extend the tour for over 100 dates, that'd be nice!

There are still lots of places where she could go like south america and eastern europe, and that way she should pass the 200 million gross mark!

There actually are quite strong rumours about her adding a 2nd EU leg, where she will tour countries she has never been in before. Just like she did with the S&S Tour.

Personally, I'd LOVE if she'd tour Eastern Europe. Here we have quite a few normal-size arenas and quite a huge demand for the Queen. :)

I was under the impression that they were skipping South America due to the (relative) disappointing sales for MDNA compared to S&S

She needs to add a date in Tampa, tbh. Miami is so far and expensive to get to :giveup: Heck, I'd even go back to North Carolina if she added a date in Charlotte or Raleigh.

Yes, but she could also do arenas there. She went from doing big stadiums in Mexico to a smaller Arena where she's performing next week. I don't see any problem doing the same for some other latin american countries!

I don't really know the real source but I read that on the MadonnaTribe Forum.

The other reason for arenas is touring in the autumn and there has been less demand this time as well, which is why there have been gaps in the schedule and slower ticket sales. The endless late starts didnt help her either

As for doing another EU leg next year- last time she tried this they couldn't give the tickets away for some shows- there were a few "logistics" issues- with shows being cancelled because of poor sales

Any further shows would need to be in places Madonna hasnt played eg Eastern Europe

Wonder if we'll see any changes when she brings the show back to NA next month? Would love it if she actually performed Vogue in full and added Like a Prayer. Those two songs should absolutely always be sang (much like Bad Romance and Paparazzi).

Still not over the fact that Hold Tight was ignored and left in the dust :ohno: The global smash that got away, the tour highlight that got away, the career highlight that got away, our generation's highlight that got away

Madonna did Vogue and Like a Prayer in full on the last tour, they were the highlights of the show.

With the exception of the dismal Candy Shop/Human Nature songs generally don't get played on consecutive tours- so unfortunately it's unlikely to happen- more likely she'll bring back "fan favourites" like Revolver or Spanish Lesson
