To make the album flow better, I'd pick Brooklyn Night, but to pick which song is better, I choose Mary Jane Holland.

But for the purpose of this thread, I choose Maru Jane Holland.

Born To Slay

I like BN better but MJH fits better in the slot, so it's good that it made the album while we got BN anyway

I don't see why Gaga had such a hard time...it's obvious which is better :laughga:

Plus, Brooklyn Nights and Gypsy have a similar vibe and back to back would've been repeating the sound...

Stream my new single, 💜"Heartbeat"💜, on Spotify!

I love both and I think they can't be compared, but I truly believe that Brooklyn Nights is stronger than some songs included, BN instead of Fashion! or Donatella.

I too love both songs but if I had the choice . . . .

Brooklyn Nights would've replaced Jewels & Drugs :)

MJH for the sole purpose that it fits the theme of ARTPOP better

MJH. Better suited for the album.

MJH is amazing and I'm so glad it's on the album. Brooklyn Nights is good, but I'm kinda glad we got it as a leak because I wouldn't have wanted it to take MJH's place on ARTPOP.

I like both but MJH fits the album better. I feel like BN is sonically a potential BTW track.

I feel the same. BN sounds like Hair production wise. Especially when the beat kicks in on the second verse of both songs.
