Adele headed for a Las Vegas residency?

Her reputation precedes her as a fine artist and this creates a demand for her to perform. I like Adele and she can write her ticket to wherever she may want to go.

Because they have the proper facilities and set up to support it. Tourists of all ages come to Las Vegas to gamble and see shows. New York is more about Broadway shows.

She will be great and successful with this, but I don't see her as the wild enough type to enjoy living in Vegas for too long. She is so quiet and private when not onstage.

Most of the time, artists just fly in for the weekends. Plus, they only do the shows for a few weeks during the year. That way, they can still have their weeks with their families and have months of off time.

Must be fake. I can't see Adele living in Vegas for months, never mind several years. She's so not about glitz and glamour, she loves living in the UK and being with her husband and son in her own home in peace and quiet. Vegas would be a living hell for her. But the idea of a residency in general sounds more her style, but it would have to be in London. She would want it right in her home turf so she can go home every night. It would probably be somewhere like the Evetim Apollo, where Kate Bush did her recent residency.

But personally? I think she's way too early in her career to do this. The majority of the people who bought her albums didn't get to see her live as her tours are in tiny venues and she only does a handful. She's only ever toured America, Europe and Asia. Basically, she doesn't want to travel far from home. But if you want to keep fans, you have to tour the world properly. Your fans will not like having to shell out several hundreds/thousands to travel halfway across the world to see you. Her reluctance to tour properly is going to be one of the deaths of her career, along with the fact that she doesn't promote much and doesn't communicate with her fans. This is why I don't understand why some peole say she'll be a successful artist forever. She doesn't have the drive to maintain success.

To be honest, I don't think people are "dying" to see her perform again...  She has absolutely no new music out first off and any popular songs have been performed and played to hell over the past few years to the point that I highly doubt that anyone wants to go pay premium ticket prices to see the same songs they've heard since 2012.

I am not sure why Adele would do this unless she enjoy to perform only in one venue and let her audience come to her.

Maybe that is easier for her, maube she doesn't like world tour, and losing sleep cos jet lags and long flights.

There are many reasons to think.

So if this rumor is true, I wish the ebst for Adele.
