I disagree.

​The Prismatic World Tour kicked off 3 days after the artRAVE. There was absolutely no time for her to "copy" Gaga. Besides, the tours look nothing alike, they're just colorful. To me it seems like Katy has been doing a great job at maintaining her own image while Gaga completely blew whatever consistency her image had going throughout the years.

 

 

​How did Gaga blow her image? lol she went/goes through eras, adding a little something each time. She still has the most important and iconic traits of each and she's always been the mothering pop goddess of love. 

I didn't say Katy copied, I just said I can see why people say she does. But, yeah, Katy maintains her image as the Cartoon-Gaga in my book. She's never wowed me tbh. She's just another pop star to me.

I agree, it is the Nickelodeon version of artRave. That's why her concerts are full of little girls and their mommies. 

​Well I don't actually think she copied Gaga, she just comes off as a superficial pop star that plays the hottest trends that Gaga usually sets (inb4 someone calls me delusional). 

I mean, Gaga came to the scene and wore crazy outfits. Suddenly everyone else did too. Then she got all dark. Surprise, so did everyone else lol. Katy even tried to "out-gaga" Gaga by showing up with a cube on her head...of course Gaga showed up as a man so...Then she got all colorful and voila, the Prismatic Tour with its Swine-esque interlude, palm tree version of the sea shell bikini, mechanical horses (excusable because "Dark Horse"), and colorful wigs everywhere. It seems just different enough that I think she and her management aren't directly ripping off Gaga, but it put me off even more to Katy.

That's about as much tea as I can spill about her though because she is a nice person and praises Gaga every now and then.

BBMAs are over, but I still think it's expected that Gaga would lose.

HOWEVER, I noticed that Gaga had the shortest clip for her tour.  The other artists had good 3-5 second clips their tour, while Gaga only had like 1-2 seconds.
