dy2light 28
Born This Way is definitely NOT in B Major. Try F# or G-flat major. That's far more accurate musically speaking. EDIT: I understand that in terms of the scale of notes used, it may match B Major technically speaking, but trust me, it's F# or G-flat major. Why? In terms of the chord progression, the I chord (that's "one chord") is F# Major. The IV-chord is B Major. The E-major chord is a diminished VII, which is sometimes used instead of a normal VII for a different musical effect. These 3 chords work well together in the progression, and that's why I bet Gaga and her producers decided to do the song this way.

True, B Major is compatible with F# Major & G-flat Major, I'll change it, but which one is it? F# Major or G - flat Major?
Miel 15,009
I think that The Queen is A major, BJ†AF is E minor (E major in verses), and FOHL E major. Not sure, though. And I always viewed BTW as F#major. I do see why it'd be B major, though. 3 points in and ready for more
