Like, an album that reminds you of a happy, sad place/time etc. Something that you listen to and it takes you back to those times in a nostalgic sense.

Mine would be The Fame Monster. Whenever I listen to DITD, SHICD it reminds of me of year 10 when I was finding my true self - and when I realised I was gay.

Furthermore, times during that era was just amazing. I loved life then, now, even though it is good, it cannot replace the freedom that I had during that time :noparty: I must have had the album on repeat everyday after school :flutter:

In my messy era.

I do. That's whats make it such a personal journey whenever listening to these albums.

It always sounded much better that way cos I feel relate to the album.

"Black Holes and Revelations" and "The Resistance" by Muse both remind me of my junior year of high school when I was struggling with my s-xuality and my first emotionally attached crush and all that mess that came along with that.

You know things are going to be messy when you're still closeted and your very first love ends up being with your straight friend:toofunga:

For some reason, I listened to those two albums really often throughout that period of my life.

Teenage Dream because I was having an awesome summer and I'd just gotten to meet and become friendly with a whole new group of people - like I met about 20 new people and I was constantly out and about with them and it was a new experience because before that I wouldn't really hang out with anyone outside of school  And these people weren't even at my school so it was really refreshing and fun, it was an amazing time :flutter:

Born This Way brings me back to a time when I was in a whirlwind of a time because I was preparing for exams, meeting and getting to know loads of friends better, and being outed all at the same time :toofunny: The album itself has a mixture of emotions so I relate to it because I was a mixture as well

Britney Jean also because I was going through a super stressful time at university because loads of us in one of the friendship groups were having trouble with each other and the album would drown out the stressful thoughts so I could just enjoy something :music:

Of course!  I think we all do.  LOL

I have so many, tbh, but if I had to choose I'd go with Nevermind by Nirvana, Ten by Pearl Jam, and Savage Garden by the awesome duo Savage Garden.   :legend:

Yes, I'm old!  Y'all will have to deal.

I don't care what you think about unless it is about me.
