I think it happened because as much as she may have not wanted to connect with the celebrity world in the past, her love for fashion and music will always make her cross paths into that world. I think it's a good thing too because she can meet more people and hopefully find like-minded people even, or find a nice friend that she gets along with or find motivation/inspiration from a fellow artist  

It's not like she's spending her nights getting drunk in clubs and stumbling out at 4AM, getting arrested for possession or driving under influence, or any of that other messy stuff  I think that's the aspect of the celebrity world that she wanted to avoid, not the harmless part which are benefits and award shows and after parties

Why wouldn't she hang out with other celebrities? These are people she sees all the time, at the same events, award shows, parties, etc. Nothing wrong with being sociable. And if she hates red carpets and other "celebrity" events, making friends or friendly acquantences with her peers is a great way to relieve that stress! Plus the career connections she could make, which just makes for smart business. Hustle, be seen, and have fun. Sounds like a no brainer for me.

I am happy she finally does this. I hated her acting all superior and thinking she is above it all. Plus these pictures only give her further positive press. As for why the change occurred, maybe she was humbled a bit after the ARTPOP era. Or since she is marrying a celebrity she gave up despising them and now she doesn't have anything against being seen with them.

How do I feel? I love it. I always love seeing people being sociable with others, and I strongly believe that being sociable shouldn't be discouraged in any way, unless the persons themselves aren't comfortable with interacting with others whom they don't deeply personally know. It's their choice, and Gaga chose what she did and continues to choose what she does, and there's nothing wrong with it for her to be discouraged.

That's nothing​ but a personal interpretation which is not universally accepted. The term 'celebrity' itself has no negative connotation for the longest time and it shouldn't have. A 'celebrity' simply means a famous person, like Alien Tulip pointed out. And it could be an artist, an athlete, an entrepreneur, a business executive, a wealthy individual, a public figure, a politician, or any person with significant authority or influence enough for them to be under a state of being known by many (i.e. famous).

It seems those who believe otherwise confuse the term 'celebrity' with the relatively recently introduced term 'famous for being famous' which was/is described to the likes of Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, and the Kardashians with a negative connotation. But still, even those who are 'famous for being famous' could technically be called 'celebrities' for the simple reason that they are indeed celebrities, regardless of how they achieved the fame.

I avoided this thread for so long but my answer is: honestly that affects me like, nothing. I really give 0 f's if she is taking pictures with celebs and interacting with them cause 1st of all they're all humans so she really has no other choice when she attends big events. 

But I get what u're asking and I'd say I appreciate it as in a positive way for her career, maybe, I guess.

In the end people like Bowie, Led Zeppelin and people who loves real artists and music will hate Gaga but trash zombies and Kardashian fans will worship her. Congratulations.
