In the OP, if she were pregnant, she'd be at least 4 months or a bit later based on the size of her stomach there. Was she 3 months/2 months pregnant at the vanity fair after party? I mean, it could be, but it seems so far fetched. Also considering she only started looking bigger recently. We'd have noticed at least a change if she were 4 months pregnant already.
