Madonna notoriously never showed up to accept her award so she technically has not received it. Will Gaga do what Madonna did and pay the honor no mind? Or will she be inducted 2016-2018? Any celeb of a certain level of prominence can pay the $30,000 fee and get a star. Gaga can get a star at anytime she's willing to pay the fee. My guess is she doesn't care.
