I don't think that the setlist is real. It has no "Bad Kids". We all know that "Bad Kids" has additional lyrics that will be used in the tour version.

Here are some performance ideas i have worked up:

Highway Unicorn- The show’s opener. The intro features a remix of HU (RTL) and then the arena/stadium goes silent. Then you hear the opening synths after The first chorus of the song (which is not in the tour remix) and out of the castle dancers/zombies come down the stair and begin to unlock the gates of the ‘Monster Kingdom.’ You hear large clanks and then as the large gate swings open fog floods the stage. During the process of unlocking the stage Gaga is singing ‘Run run with her t-‘ and then when it opens Gaga sings ‘RUN RUN WITH HER TOP DOWN BABY SHE FLIESSSSSS.’ Then the performance goes on with big dance routines, etc.

Government Hooker- The opening to an act. There is fog surrounding the castle and in the middle of the stage there is a big cage with chains covering it. There is nothing in it, but Gaga rises up from a hole into the cage. The arena/stadium is dark. Gaga is wearing a slutty outfit and then she screams ‘HOOOOOOOHOOOOKAAAAAAAAAH!’ and then the beat drops and the dancers come and unlock the cage. Gaga comes out from the cage during the dance beat and she sings ‘I could be good’ and it shows Gaga dirty dancing with her dancers and working her way over to the castle. Very slutty performance.

Americano- Somewhere in the middle of the show. It’s just big, loud, angry performance with simple, but good, dance routines. The second time Gaga screams ‘WAAAAAAAAH AMERICA AMERICANOOOOO’ Fireworks go off in red, white, and blue designs. Alejandro is after this performance.

Hair- It starts off with Gaga in a tower and she lets her hair down. Then she works her way down to the bottom of the stage in time for the final chorus where there is a huge ass dance scene. Simple, yet good.

RUN WITH WITH HER TOP DOWN BABY SHE FLIES~~~~ Then the drummer kicks it the fxck in & everyones loosing it, pyrotechnics going cray & lady gaga just standing their like she owns evvvverything

Personally, I just want Scheiße to be the opener, it would be perfect, just like the DiTD opening, it could being with "Ich slieban..." and then an awesome remix by DJ White Shadow, then finally it would all come to a climax and kick into "I'll take you out tonight...". I think it would be really high energy, it'd be fantastic.

I think Born This Way should be played really early in the set-list, it drives home the message of the show. Ideally, for me, Marry the Night should be the first encore song, then the Edge of Glory of course should end the show with everyone leaving on such a high that the song naturally gives.

Judas (DJ White shadow remix) this one should really close. Put some dance passes in it like they use at Bohrap in the musical WWRY. And you've got a perfect end with dance aswell as goodbye.
