Maybe Tinnitus was the production name for Mary Jane Holland. Gaga does have sneaky production names. 

​Nope. The Mary Jane Holland demo was recorded in 2012 and it still has the same title. And Gaga mentioned Tinnitus in an interview 2 weeks after ARTPOP was released. It's a different song

Maybe Gaga took one of Madeon's instrumentals that was already released and just sung over them like she did with Stache?
