I remember the interview, I believe it might have been the Oprahs Next Chapter one. Don't quote me though. I believe she said it different though. More like, "People always say I look like Madonna, but my mom actually looks more like her, so if you're gonna blame anyone for it blame her." And then she laughed. 

Also what some people don't know is that Gaga and Madonna are very distant cousins so I'm not surprised.
