This has been posted before + Forbes has always been hard on Madonna, so this should come as no surprise.

Forbes is both hard and coddling. It depends on the writer. It depends on the situation. They're trying to get clicks to their website at the end of the day. Its not like its just Madonna or that it negates the fact that the album isn't doing well.

Don't think my comment doesn't mean that I don't love the album. I think it's one of her best in a very long time. I do admit that some tracks were unnecessary and she should've not made them, but what can we do? She's Madonna so she can do what she wants. And ageism isn't the issue because Cher's last album debuted at #1 and sold over 1,00,000 in two weeks.

I thought it was common knowledge that her album unfortunately didn't do near as well as her previous albums? It seems like a trend may be forming but there's always a possibility that things turn around for future albums  People have their ups and downs, and I honestly doubt Madonna's gonna be staying down forever

This tho

she just needs to make an A-Quality Album (mainstream but critically acclamed :fan: ) but without the leaks :lolly:

This album is just a huge failure it's tragic.

It would have done better if a 50 year old woman wasn't making music like she is a 18 year old girl.

It'd be different if it were an article from PerezHilton.com. This is from Forbes, which is an extremely reliable source.

Its Forbes, it's not PerezHilton.com:

- Lady Gaga Tickets In Europe Listed Up To 90% Below Face Value On Secondary Market: http://www.forbes.com/sites/jesselawrence/2014/11/05/lady-gaga-tickets-in-europe-listed-up-to-90-below-face-value-on-secondary-market/

- After Initial Rise, Prices For Lady Gaga Tickets Starting To Dip For ARTPOP Ball Dates: http://www.forbes.com/sites/jesselawrence/2014/05/05/prices-for-lady-gaga-tickets-rising-for-upcoming-ARTPOP-ball-dates/

- After Rescheduled Concerts, Lady Gaga Tickets Selling For Below Tour Average In Philly And D.C.: http://www.forbes.com/sites/jesselawrence/2014/05/12/after-rescheduled-concerts-lady-gaga-tickets-below-tour-average-in-philly-and-d-c/

Forbes is not extremely reliable as you say, it is very biased and agenda-driven. When all the above articles came out, everyone here agreed with that anyway, but I guess that's how things are. When things are in our favour, media is reliable, when against, media is unreliable.
