At this point, any artist who debuted before 2000 is bound to flop (except, P!nk) so it's to be expected. The world is an ageist place and they just want a pretty young face. Hence why artists are so big in their twenties. 

 

It's all about how good the music is for people like Madonna now.

Well we have had more than a dozens of threads on articles calling the album a flop, I don't think another one basically saying the same thing is necessary

It's not her worst album ever, not her best but it is her best effort since ray of light IN MY OPINION. Some tracks are immature and would still be immature for any adult at any age. But there are some really good songs on the album and it sucks that the world is so against older musicians. Madonna is still doing her thing and is damn good at it for her age, even some younger performers aren't even as good as she is.
