Maybe she had planned to use it sometime within the ARTPOP era but plans changed? i judt dont get it because there is clearly a 6 and an 8. Anyways this whole thing started in like late may 2012 when 'insider' tumblr accounts were appearing with fake news and djws uploaded a mixtape that contained the 'dorothy' snippet.
