District Superintendent Joan Carbone told the Times Herald-Record of Middletown that she received complaints from residents who lost relatives in Afghanistan and from Jewish parents.

Interesting. And if would be in Hebrew, would any complainers be labeled as antisemitic?

Off topic, but I just noticed this part.

It's just a language.

Not surprised you bring somehow Judaism in. :madge:

On-Topic: I don't get why people overreact like that

I did not bring Judaism in. Jewish parents who complained about Arabic language, brought themselves in.

That's so disrespectful to anyone who speaks arabic to associate a language with a war in a country where they actually speak Persian not Arabic (that school has some job to do on geography clearly...) , terrorism and so on. There are also normal people that speak that language daily and some are clearly students of that school, but well they should keep quite because a couple people are getting sensitive and seem quite ignorant of other cultures clearly? It's revolting...

Well tomorrow I'll complain of anyone speaking English because the westboro church said something against gays again...

Arabic didn't kill the people in the war, so I don't see why people have a problem with the thing being recited in Arabic
