RAMROD 109,747
No. She didn't seem to ever wanted that either. Whenever I see her, she oozes another persona, not the pin up girls kinds. Yes, she can posed s-xy and risque for photographs. But she is just a classy quirky lady to me, that's all. (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ✧*:・゚ dancin' until i'm dead (*´艸`*) ♡♡♡

Bebe 17,099
No. She is very beautiful and can look s-xy if she wants (see 2015 Grammy awards), but I don't think she really wants to be a s-x symbol. Not to say that s-x icons can't be smart, talented and can't be artists, but I don't think Gaga wants to be known as a s-x symbol. She wants to be known as an artist and her s-x appeal isn't anything she feels the need to use. Not every woman wants to do the s-xy routine. Maybe in the future she will be considered one, Bowie has a powerful s-xual energy but was never the conventional 'hunk'. Unfortunately I don't think the majority of straight men appreciate that same unique attraction for women, it's how their brains have been wired. There has always been very strict rules to a woman's s-xuality and sensuality, there is a strict code to femininity and there isn't much room to move away from such confinements. TL;DR I don't think she is, I don't think she wants to be, I don't think it matters. In the future public perception of beauty and s-xuality will inevitably change. It is within the realm of possibility that she will be seen as a s-x icon of sorts then.

yxi 4,999
I mean she is getting married after all, and perhaps Daddy Taylor will influence her and make her look more beautiful in the future? Being a s-x symbol does not mean "looking beautiful" or wearing pretty dresses.
AM98GJ 3,086
Being a s-x symbol isn't a bad thing, the fact that women being s-xualised is seen as negative is one of the things feminism is trying to get rid of, women need to realise that they have just as much of a right as men to be s-xual beings if they want to! In terms of Gaga, I think she has a unique s-x appeal, and I think she knows that being s-xual is one of the ways she pushes 3rd way feminism towards the public, that was what G.U.Y was about after all :-)
