pink sushi 4,351 Posted February 12, 2015 Share Posted February 12, 2015 I've played Savages 20 times so far. :air: Here is my ranking: 1.) SAVAGES 2.) FORGET 3.) Froot 4.) I'm a Ruin 5.) Can't Pin Me Down 6.) Immortal 7.) Solitaire 8.) Blue 9.) Happy 10.) Better Than That 11.) Weeds 12.) Gold Savages slaughtered me so hard! :air: It was literally everything I hoped it would be. Blue was WAY over hyped.... It's definitely not this massive pop song that everyone was saying it was. It was the first song I listened to and I so disappointed that I was actually worried I wouldn't like most of the album. I also expected to like Better Than That a lot more..... But the chorus just isn't very catchy... Forget was amazing! This was probably one of my least hyped songs after reading its lyrics. I only got a bit hyped after Marina said it was an upbeat song. But it ended up being my second favorite on the whole album! I think its definitely the massive pop song that everyone thought would be Blue. She NEEDS to release it as a single. Of course to my luck the only link that I found of the leak has all the songs EXCEPT Solitaire, Better Than That, and Savages Anywho, aside from the officially released 4 tracks (Froot > I'm A Ruin > Immortal > Happy), my impressions of the other songs are: Blue = I seriously just replayed this song like 1000000000000 times. LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Forget = I like it, it's definitely a bop and on my top fave songs so far. Gold = Eh, it's a nice song. I definitely like the tune and production. But overall ok to me. Can't Pin Me Down = Another ok song for me. Sounds a bit more generic than the rest of the album, but like it nonetheless. Weeds = This is a song that overall I like, but feel that I need to be in the mood to listen to cuz generally I wouldn't pin it as an instant must-listen. Not bad whatsoever tho! I'm so anxious about Better Than That & Savages tho cuz they seem to be SLAYING everyone's bodies on here So far, I am NOT disappointed with what I've heard, and cannot wait for its release in April (seems.. so.... far....away!
