The Dark Knight is one of the best movies of all time critically, as well as among the audience. Perfect acting from the cast while still being a comic book movie. He would play Peter Parker 1.0 really good and he he slayed Perks of being a Wallflower. It is not considered one of the best movies of all time but one of the best comic book movies of all time. Logan is an actual actor. Being in an MTV show and a book-to-movie adaptation that no one even remembers not even a year after release isn't even worth being considered for the role of one of the most popular superheroes of all time.
