However, to lay down the law, you should have to use whatever bathroom equates to your gender on your birth certificate. This way there can be no confusion. If you change your gender on it following a s-x change then you are entitled to use the gender now on your birth certificate. Or, to make it even simpler, we could just have unis-x bathrooms which would make things a lot easier.
