well these stats just came out... they havent had time to show being vocal or quite

 

i just know the things they criticize Obama for are usually warranted in my opinion

 

And u didnt give Obama all the credit no. But you basically implied that it was something of major significance that Obama was in office when in fact like 95% of the recovery has absolutely nothing to do with anything Obama did

 

Obama often had other priorities over the economy. He may claim that it was a priority but whenever it was the economy vs something else, the economy always took a back seat to whatever other issue was at stake. And the ideas he did have like raising minimum wage (which i actually agree with btw) he didnt get to pass through yet cause congress is divided.

 

Some of the stuff was his fault and some wasnt. Some can even be blamed on Republicans (i favor republicans over democrats but it doesnt mean i agree with them on every single thing).

 

But regardless of whos fault was what... the economic imbalances corrected themselves, and the Federal Reserve fought for the economy while the Government did almost nothing most of the time

 

Investors now pay more attention to Janet Yellen (chairwoman of Federal Reserve) than they do Obama

 

Im just saying for the most part, his impact on the economy has been very slim, yet everybody likes to give him credit

I favor democrats when it comes to social issues like gay marriage but republicans when it comes to economic issues, foreign affairs, etc. And while some of their stances on Obama are warranted, arguably many of them, you can't deny that they have a certain bias against him. Even if he did everything right, republicans would still skewer him. I'm guessing this based on the fact that when something good does happen and he has been involved they are very silent.

Good luck with your annual 500 billion $ defense spending, my country is happy with its 500 million € spent and have fun with your backwards society and huge lower class too. My country is happy with its legal softd--gs policy (since the 70's), gay marriage (since 2000), no death penalty (since 1945, when the top 10 of the nazi party were given death penalty), constitutional anti-discrimination law (race/gender/s-xuality/etc) and its great education.

The average joe doesnt u derstand a whole lot about economics and politics tho and they are easy to fool. Political parties use that to their advantage to sway votes which pisses me off

I agree with u. Republicans for economy and Democrats for social issues. Although i may disagree on specific things. Minimum wage in the US i think is way too low. $9/h wouldnt destroy hiring and would be of jet benefit i think. Thats one example of how i usually prefer republicans for economy but not always

But u understood my point about Obama having very little to do with the recovery right? Its quite anoying to me that the average citizen understands so little that they dont even realize something as simple as this. And these are the ppl voting

I would support economics and politics being a requirement at school for at least 3-4 grades. Seriously it would be of net benefit if the average person coukd understand the basics of this because these are the ppl who choose leaders in a democratic world!!!

dont get cocky now. The US has serious infrastructure problems with bridges and roads falling apart in much of the country and is in muh worst state than most of EU Nations actually

Had less money been spent on military and more on infrastructure u might not have this problem :coffee:
