Gaga did it a playful way, yelling "I love you too you motherf**kers!" to the paparazzi after they told her they loved her and putting two thumbs up in the car. This is after taking photos with fans of course. Iggy should have handled it more appropriately by apologising to fans, saying she was in a rush. If Gaga wants to jokingly flip off fans or if Iggy Azalea wants to flip off a booing crowd of spoiled brats who think they are entitled to her time because they buy her art then more power to both of them.
