She is not performing with Bruno Mars.

They are just standing next to each other on stage. At the end of the tribute everyone who was taking part in it comes out and greets the honoree.

I'm going to cry, her voice was made for this song. Not a big fan of the song itself, although Sting/ The Police had much better songs, but she'll nail this song, I just know it.
