Furthermore, I agree with a lot of what she was saying about white musicians riding black culture without trying to help fight the injustices they face on a daily basis. However, I don't think calling anyone derogatory names with the intent of making that individual feel inferior is right. I think intention and how the other person perceives the word you called them is what truly matters in this situation.
