Opinion: Why Is Bill Cosby’s Career Over But Terry Richardson’s Isn’t?

It boggles my mind that Terry Richardson is still so celebrated among pop stars like Beyonce & Gaga; both of whom identify as feminists.

Since when do internet vigilantes try to have people blackballed from earning a living, instead of letting matters be handled by courts. It's a dangerous trend.

"Earning a living" for someone like Terry Richardson affords him the ability to abuse the power and influence his wealth and industry clout brings him.

No d--gs, but still s-xual assault.

It's not.

In Terry's case it was s-xual harassment, not s-xual assault.

Sexual harassment is bullying or coercion of a s-xual nature, or the unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for s-xual favors

This is what Terry did. He promised of rewards in exchange for s-xual favors.

Sexual assault, a form of s-xual violence, is any involuntary s-xual act in which a person is threatened, coerced, or forced to engage against their will

This is what Cosby did.

Both awful, but it's not the same.

What?

Cosby have been retired from his professional occupation but casual stand up here amd there.

Also, Terry have not been around for awhile now in magazines fashion sheets.

How is shaming one as a prude for not having s-x s-xual assault or intimidating someone into taking their clothes off when there is not contract present not s-xual assault? It falls under coercion.

How is engaging in s-x with intoxicated women not s-xual assault?

How is putting your penis on someone's body, licking them, and performing s-xual acts on women without their consent not s-xual assault?

Sexual harassment is when you touch someone s-xually, be it chest, butt, genital area, with the intention to arouse or patronize the receiver. For example, slapping someone's butt, grabbing someone's boobs or crotch.

Once we start talking about s-x and intent for s-x, it becomes s-xual assault. Sex includes fingering, oral s-x, a--l s-x, vaginal intercourse, mutual masturbation, etc.

The law is nebulous for a reason.
