Luc 4,776 Posted November 4, 2014 Share Posted November 4, 2014 East-Europeans have found a new way to get an unlimited amount of benefits and allowances in West-Europe, by being registered in a West-European country, going back to their East-European country, changing their name and reregistering themselves in the West-European country. This way, they can get an unlimited amount of benefits from the governments. In countries like Romania, it's extremely easy to get your name changed. You pay approximately 10-15 euro and it's done. That's what makes it so easy. The amount of people who abused this is estimated at 50.000 in the Netherlands alone. A few years earlier, there was a Bulgarian fraud with benefits in the Netherlands. Over 40.000 Bulgarians abused the Dutch and Bulgarian systems to get free €3000~4000 in benefits, which cost the Dutch government over €100 million.
