johnpe 916
Except he IS amazing Bloody Mary, Government Hooker, Judas, Applause, Scheisse, Sexxx Dreams... ? this. a collab between djws and redone would be awesome, I love DJWS's techno touch and RedOne's uniqueness. redone, gagaaaaaaaaa eeeh ehh MAKE IT WORK
Whispering 18,865
I don't care who she does or doesn't work with. It's her music, her career, her vision, her choice! Why is this such a big deal here? It's like "my favorite producer is better than your favorite producer". It's so odd.
NewYorkCity 10,536
I would welcome RedOne back because I love his work with Gaga, but I won't be crying if he isn't. Gaga can make amazing music without him, she has done it repeatedly and I don't believe that her music has dipped in quality without him. This. Whispering 18,865
Who doesn't want to make their fans happy??? Tf??? If I knew my fans wanted something, I'd give it to them. They were there through my lows and my jazz album, so if they want something I'll give it to them. If she really took a snotty a$$ attitude towards it, I'd have no problem turning in my stan card of 6 years. I'm not saying stifle your creativity, but don't punish certain fans for liking and preferring a different sound or style The fans all want something different though. Which set of fans do you think she should make happy? Because by making one group happy, she will make several other groups unhappy. http://gagadaily.com/index.php/topic/121613-gagas-next-album-discussion-what-do-you-want-for-gagas-6th-album/ 66 pages of different opinions, different wants and hopes for the next album. What do you think her fans want? Remember too, that GGD is not representative of her fanbase, especially the very important casual fans. Supposedly, "none of her fans were here" for jazz music, yet she went ahead and did exactly what she wanted to do and is even having a tour with that music. Gaga loves her fans...no doubt about it, but the super stans involved in the Pop girl wars and those with their self-worth tied up in Gaga's ability to get a pop hit, are not the people she needs to be pleasing. She's at the point where she has to please herself and record label and try to continue to build a body of work over a long term period. Her #1 goal isn't going to be "songs you can pop your p*ssy to".

I understand her main goal is to leave a legacy but if no one is buying the album, whos listening and who will remember therefore making it all done in vein. She'll be remembered for poker face and badromance. Not MTN, Venus, DWUW or guy.

Or BTW, Edge of Glory, Applause...the jazz album, her fashion and contribution to pop culture, her live performances, the meat dress and her support of the LGBT community, her tours, her ass ;) ...and many other songs, albums, performances, videos, tours and whatever else she comes up with to come. Princess Die 1,864
Interscope ****ed over ARTPOP tho. Nod if you wanna make love with the enemy. ❤
Spyro 8,438
Applause, Sexxx Dreams, ARTPOP, Swine, Do What U Want, Dope, MANiCURE, all his production son ARTPOP were amazing + all his amazing BTW. Can't say the same about Money Honey and Boys, Boys, Boys. 1) He didn't produced Dope. 2) With most of the songs produced with RedOne, there was only two producers involved with the songs (Gaga + RO) where as with DJWS, there's always about 2 or 3 other producers with Paul. Electric Chapel and Do What U Want being the only songs without any other producers involved. It's easier to hear which parts are from RedOne since the songs produced only came from him and Gaga alone. Spyro the Dragon
Sakrai 4,759
Why are they talking like the only thing Gaga should focus on is having a basic hit single. Why are they talking like that's the only important thing. The guardian is pathetic. The whole music industry is pathetic. :MANiCURE: Oh, I'm just visiting-
Bear 7,515
I'd be happy to have RedOne back, he is incredible and a lot more versatile than he is given credit for, as long as the music keeps moving forward and evolving and I'm not having this DJWS shade here. Do What U Want is enough of a reason to have him stay permanently. :madge:

Also most of the productions on ARTPOP are his as well.

Hexxx 2,244
I see no lies. The performances are outstanding and wild as ever but the music is just not there. Lady Gaga/ Madonna/Lana /Azealia Banks/ Jazmine Sullivan/ DEEE-LITE/ Moko

I'm not denying she won't be remember for more than her music, I'm just saying her musical impact as of late doesn't match the impact as of earlier. And she appeases certain fans during certain times. I know some fans haven't been appeased since TFM therefore yea I think it's time to appease those group of fans
