Thanks for finding this info, Mills! :runhug:

Guess there was tension between the two even then, judging by what he was saying about her. I wonder what he meant by "a [record label] system there by the time her deal's up that looks more attractive." What could change by then?

She has a 360 record deal so from everything she does the label gets a percentage. He could be meaning that she wants her record label to only get money from the music she makes and not from her endorsements or other deals.

Oh, thank god, she might not go rock after all

with DJWS it's going to be pop for sure. But it doesn't mean there won't be rock influence on it...

Well i'm sure they will come up with something great, especially because this album will be the last chance for Gaga to come back. So they better not **** this up. I hope they'll produce songs like Bloody Mary and ARTPOP tho. Not here for another Sexxx Dreams or MANiCURE..

The problem on ARTPOP are not the instrumentals and the production, but her cringe-worthy and embarrassing lyrics.

Hell, I even think ARTPOP has the greatest instrumentals of her career (not all the songs tho).

Glad that not many of you are complaining, which differs from my expectation. He did some pretty good job with Gaga, I specifically like ARTPOP, Do What U Want, Applause, Black Jesus + Amen Fashion, Electric Chapel, Bloody Mary and Sexxx Dreams. It's not his fault that ARTPOP underperformed a bit, it's the lack of promotion.

Hope he continues to make quality music with Gaga but it's not a very good idea for him to be the executive producer of the sixth album. Gaga needs to produce at least one or two tracks by herself and release them as singles. I mean, duh, she made VENUS. I have faith in her. I really hope RedOne becomes the executive producer for the next release.

Well, any sign of not rock is enough for my hopes :laughga:
