It's not even fully legal in FL and ID yet, making Alaska the 29th state to legalize it. In Idaho, nothings official until the 9th Circuit acts out to a mandate. In Florida, there's only a stay which will expire in early-January 2015, which that state has elections well before that date, so who knows if the successor would step in.
