They just opened in Aus this year.

They opened their Sydney store last week.

Gaga will help break those stores in :bunny: Australia aint READY

I don't think they'll promote it on TV with only 2 stores though :rip:

to compare, many countries like Switzerland have one store for about every 100,000 citizens. Australia one for about every 10,000,000 citizens. It's like promoting your tour on TV with just a theater date in Melbourne and Sydney.

rushing things ? She took 2 years for ARTPOP yet she still managed to RUSH it.

However she took less than a year for both TFM and BTW and literally nothing was rushed.

She obviously has the inspiration for her next album, her tour is ending in November. She has planty of time to work on the new album. I want it next year :excited2:  And I think releasing it asap would be pretty smart.  Now if she don't think it's good enough, it won't work obviously, but she can write a masterpiece in 2 days. It just depends from her mood.

Now back on topic:

C2C is doing fineeeee and if Barbra didn't release, it would be praised even more for its success. We always have someone trying to outshine Gaga (even tho it's obviously not on purpose :rip: ) and the grammys would've been secured.

The majority of artists take two to three years between major releases. Gaga will not suffer if she does the same.

Gaga was living on the road and didn't have a life (or even a home) for the first five years of her career. She ended up with a broken hip, severely depressed and mentally/physically exhausted. She is at the point in her career where she is finding a balance. It's much better, in the long term, to have Gaga happy and healthy. Part of that means taking care of herself physically and mentally and that is what she is now doing.

Two to two and a half years (even three years sometimes) is typical and expected.

So how will the H&M promo work though? TV Ads? or mostly just their pictures in stores?

Mostly bus stops and such in big cities. If we're lucky there'd be a commercial in countries where there are a lot of H&Ms for their population (Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, France, Norway, Switzerland, etc.)

Any of us could've managed ARTPOP better than Troy Carter.

The good thing about Troy Carter is that he had all contacts that a manager needs. It wouldn't surprise me if a large part of the media backlash was in some way organized by Troy. But Bobby is actually a better manager as in finding good promo spots, supporting the artist, etc.

Lady Gaga is not every artist.

Lady Gaga has already experienced backlash because of a long break.

Lady Gaga will work hard no matter if she takes 1 year or 3 years. It won't make a difference to her.

She had the worst time during her biggest break which means it's not really helping her.  Unless she takes a break to get married and have kids - This will be good for her.

And yeah then again,  her 2 best albums were released without us waiting a lot and without Gaga overthinking everything etc.

I'd agree about the 2-3 years break, if ARTPOP was a normal era, but it didn't even last for half a year counting since APplause was released, so a 2-3 years break is not normal :rip:

HOTRODSGAGA

i think gaga should concentrate on building her mogul status atm (starting with the H&M ads)

most people dont even know how she looks bc shes always looking different. That's kinda dangerous at this point in her career imo.
