No they do not count promo done by artists !

 

To me it's probably going to be a lot higher than their prediction this week !

Nope. Their Thursday predictions are always based on the info of the first 3 days of sales they get. Although it's quite unbelievable that it'll rise by 6-8k for no reason at all, but we'll see.
