Bad Romance & Alejandro went Platinum, Born This Way was HUGE and got certified Gold within the first week (the album, the single was huge tho too), Judas was set to debut in the Top 10 but her label forgot (!!!!!) to report first week sales figures, TEOG was a top 3 hit and Marry The Night had MASSIVE airplay. And the media was actually excited for her to comeback, she received rave reviews after the Swinefest (with one of the biggest Newspapers calling her bigger and better than Michael Jackson) She's only been in Germany for the album listening party though, and promotion was almost completely abandoned after one week + she only gave interviews for websites + Pro7 (which once was a popular TV station but now is barely financing itself cuz nobody watches it anymore) + About 20% of album sales from digital downloads in Germany (and approx. 5% come from iTunes, the rest from Amazon) tho, being 114 on the iTunes album chart in Germany is like selling 15 copies. Additionally it has been discounted for a few week I think, which is not helping its position as well since it's a revenue based chart (like the album that made the most money this week is number one), but the German iTunes chart is not Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
