Media feed on negativity, because they sells.

Because people are reactive more to it than good news.

 

Except when an officer given a medal, will they cover it on their papers.

but I feel if there was nothing bad to report then the cops would not be on the papers. The media will cover a police man shooting a sleeping child because it is outrageous and it is very good that they report on it or else we would never know the evil our so called protectors are committing

They're not rare cases when they're occurring every week.

This doesn't happen all the time. Yes it happens. But no, this is not new. It's been like this since America was established. There's always been police killing innocent people. It's not any different now. My point stands clear and valid.

Im really hoping this corruption and hatred doesnt spread to Australian cops. They have a reputation of being happy and cheery (based on a variety of youtube videos of them being in dance battles ect.)  and I general feel safe and secure around them.
