The build/buy modes are awesome definitely the best in the series. The soundtrack is also the best so far. The Sims themselves are again the best in the series. They are smarter than ever and more dynamic, the emotion system is great and really fun. That said the small neighborhoods make it feel really restrictive and it can get a little boring in long playthroughs but its worth the price.
