The point is, the vast majority of these get literally baled in a cardboard baling machine and recycled into new cardboard. We as customers/consumers know this, so we tell the employees we know this, that we recognize all they do is throw it out when they are done. I asked if I could have it when they were done promoting it, and they took down my name & number! Hopefully I can get it, because they told me that they have a Gaga fan on staff so she might claim it. Don't keep your hopes too high. I did the same at another store but I wanted the Fame displays, they wrote my number and name down and never bothered calling me. They said they would give it to me once the promotion was done since its better than just returning it back since its never going to get used again.
