I think that's actually Crayon Pop from backstage. GagaFrontRow wouldn't lie about it being soundboard. I know right. I just wish there was some kind of story, like if she fell from somewhere and came to the artRAVE land or something. The outfits are her best outfits ever. I think there are elements from each tour which if put together would make her best tour. For the artRAVE her vocals, the band and general audio production is exquisite. Also Japanese fans are known to be pretty quiet at shows and if someone is stood in a good spot then its very possible for a recording to turn out this good!
