I think she's referring to ARTPOP. She keeps saying how she was very pressured during the making of the album and the era, she wasn't herself. It kills me when some fans say ARTPOP was what she wanted.

 

I wouldn't take this to mean she's going to be boring next era, she'll probably be more exciting than she's been in years, both musically and visually. Hopefully her team is organized enough to deliver a great era.
