Cut her some slack we don't know the reasons it's a bit too easy to judge from behind a screen when we have no clue what's happening in her life behind closed doors. There are different type of lies though. There a lies when it's comes to promises. If you can't fullfill your promises something is wrong. I know gaga is always very enthausiatic when it comes to promises, but I wish she would stop doing things like that. I wish her the best and she doesn't deserve all hate ,but she makes it difficult to "stan" for her (for me at least) No, artists lie all the time, because they have to from their label or management or idk what...+ you don't know the background story behind it It's not that big of a deal, we're all humans and every one of us will lie when it comes to business! What really matters is her relationship with the fans, with us - can you not feel that? When she comes on that stage, I think she could sing a ****ing song for a 5 year old, I wouldn't care, I'm all about her emotions and her stage presence and her voice and her words for us! Maybe I'm crazy, but I want to see her happy first and then I'll be asking myself If I like this music she's making because that's the kind of a relationship I feel towards her..That's why I'm staning for her and just casually listening to other artists I always liked Gaga for her music, not for her person, because I usually care more about the musics. Clearly, the majority is not happy now and some of those people are getting personally attacked by Gaga herself. Doesn't that make her a double liar? I'm a fan, and i'm fcking happy with her making jazz. So cozy songs, such a wonderful voice, tony is great. C2c is perfect now that winter is approaching. People with their own hopes and dreams and quests for a happy life. Entertainment is an occupation, it's not who they are... not really. Underneath Gaga's professional image is a good, kind person with strong traditional family values who personally tries to do what she can to help people. When people make mean comments, think of the nice person whose feelings may be hurt. If Gaga hoped to do one thing but later changed her mind, consider this; circumstances change, the environment surrounding Gaga changes, sound advice comes in from trusted professionals, and some of her plans are disallowed by her label or management. We don't know her situation, we are not in her shoes, but we do know that Gaga really cares and would not change her plans unless the reason was compelling. Even if Gaga produced something I really disliked I would be happy if Gaga was happy. She has yelled on stages for wanting a better life for 80% of this base. She has addressed your issues in countries to the point that she got banned. She addressed your issues on high profile events and made people high ranked speak about it all the way to the president himself. She made make sneaky remarks about it even last night in Dubai where it isn't legal at all and dangerous on top. She does it all for YOU without being asked but that's what her heart tells her is right. This is also something her heart telling her is right and she gets this in return? @LouOrlando says the woman who cant take constructive criticism because her mouth is full of tony bennet's aging dick It's a ****ing disgrace and the sad part is, she will keep doing it and would do it all over again in a heartbeat because she cares about each and every one of you. Can't you ****ing give her the respect back and let HER enjoy this project with no strings attached, just something that will make HER happy for a few months? It's pathetic this situation! You have taken her and her passion for granted. She may say something that she's thinking at the time, or wants to do and then suddenly she promised us this? Well no, unless she said that t's 100% gonna happen and then it doesn't, it's not breaking a promise, because it was never a true promise anyway. Then she simply needs to learn when to keep her mouth shut. So many of us are genuinely sick of promise after promise, only for it never to happen. It's just one album, music we wouldn't even be getting if it weren't for jazz/Tony/whatever. I think that people are over reacting slightly to this. And besides it opens up some of our parents eyes to gaga too! If she were saying that she is only ever going to do jazz music, that would be another thing. When it comes down to whether she doesn't even want to sing anymore, and Tony saving her life, that's pretty f***ing important if you ask me. Give her a break. Some of her fans actually REALLY REALLY want a jazz album (like myself). I love jazz and I can't wait to hear her raw voice. So don't say that she's not making it for her fans because some of them are definitely here for C2C. That is a pretty stupid assumption to make. YOU do not make up for the demographic and wants of every member in this fanbase. Even so, it doesn't force her to stop something that is so personally revitalising and freeing, to suit those fans who can't appreciate a bit of jazz. Get over it, and grow up. I can't wait for all these fans to grow up and discover that there is a whole wide world out there where not everything is revolving around what they want. Yes, she has always wanted to make her fans happy. Unfortunately it ended up in making herself miserable. Now it's our turn to give something in return and make sure that she will be happy too.
