It's awful, racism in general. I don't like how they say "hey white people" because that's generalizing that white people are all racist, which isn't true. Side note to...well everyone basically. The video's impact will be minimal simply because of its medium and style. But it's still something, rather than nothing, and it's getting people to discuss it, which is the most important thing. I understand the point of view, but they were only targeting white people which is close-minded of them. We don't need black children being told to "talk like a white person" to end racism. I don't like how they keep accusing and swearing that ALL white people are racist when that isn't the case. I get their point, but it seems very immature IMO. I'm Mexican, not white btw. Ikr, a lot of black people I follow on tumblr are really entitled and give me black supremacist teas, it scares me Not generalizing them though, and I know it's tumblr, but you can't really battle hate with hate. This video, as well as FCKH8's previous videos are ignorant and only make minority groups look bad. If you're looking to battle racism, s-xism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other form of discrimination, this is NOT the way to go about it. Hate is not equal to calling out the foul bs that society perpetuates. Calling attention to the strong Anti-Black sentiment felt in the United States is not the same thing as hating white people just for the sake of hating white people. Just like saying white people like pumpkin spice lattes isn't the same as being profiled, harrassed and then killed for being black on a Wednesday.
