It at least went gold, amassed 60m views, was critically acclaimed, and peaked at #24. It did, and still does, really well on formats other than top 40. That applies to all and anything from ARTPOP that ;flopped'. Pills n Potions was hardly that large of a flop, either. It at least went gold, amassed 60m views, was critically acclaimed, and peaked at #24.
