Tropico 4,145
Everyone defending Ari are just the usual pop stans who love what ever is popular. Don't even act like Ari is nice. Read the VMA story. She's a really b---hy diva. She doesn't even ask for names. She just gives a sentence and a picture then it's over. And I wouldn't pay that much to pay to a robot so I don't know why her fans would... ♢ Social Justice Enthusiast ♢
SEVDALIZA 1,274
I'm actually so glad Gaga doesn't act like that with fans operating from another world
LeoFameMonster 1,592
Gaga can charge what ever she wants She LADY GAGA the LADY GAGA. you know the one with a massive die for her fan base. the one who has some of the greatest hits of all time. You know that one who can sell out world tours on her own like its no bodies business. Besides she also does meet and greets for free/ back stage. Also Ari is pretty smart because right now shes on top and you don;'t know how long she will be this popular so milk it.
Didymus 34,379
Like she actually gets to decide how this happens and how much it will cost
DrewStevens 5,249
This is normal. Just because Gaga did it for free it doesn't mean that everyone should do it. Gaga is doing the same now and she is not as big as she was in the BTW era. Stop being so bitter about every artists who gets a hit. Some of you are making this fan base look like the Britney Army and that is a bad sign.

Not you generalizing an entire group of people who just happen to like someone you dont People called Gaga a "b---hy diva" during her early days, and honestly she kind of was in some interviews and things Now we praise her b---hy days At the end of the day, Ariana has NO WHERE near the creative freedom Gaga has in her industry, she almost certainly did not choose these prices and has very little say in what her team decides to do with her as far as this kind of thing goes, as she is a newly rising star shes kind of expected to just do w.e they say so that she can have a future in this business.... smh @ people thinking otherwise. uo111 5,261
even if she goes out of her way to meet them for free it still won't change the ticket price for a tour that hasn't even started yet. Are we just going to let people go on a bashing spree until the tour starts and we can verify how she is meeting people? The ticket price isn't my issue, I don't care about that. That's a simple business concept of supply and demand. The excuse is stupid though. To assume they have no say over their ticket price is to say that they have no guts. Remember when Iggy called people out for sending fake autographed cds out to fans, and then sent out real autographed cds? It's a little like that. drinkmytears 2,332
Umm, and a theater show has a much smaller budget than an arena. Could you not understand the comparison I was making? Ariana's meet and greets haven't even happened yet so how are you judging them at all?? Are you comparing them to a contest-won M&G that was ruined when a fan showed her pictures of her dead grandfather?? Both of her albums went #1 on the Hot 100. Problem is on par with Just Dance. Break Free is steadily rising. The Way was a top 10. Bang Bang is also huge. Not to mention she was on a Nick show and appeals primarily to the teen and pre-teen demographic, which means money. Sorry but there's absolutely nothing wrong with her price. Can you imagine how much a 1D meet and greet would cost? This is how younger oriented artists work. I believe a 1D meet and greet cost like $500 when they were on their second album and at their peak

Blade 5,603
OMG you don't even know the story behind that and you're hatin. Dude, a fan gave her a picture of her and her grandpa and Ari almost started to cry but didn't want her fans to see her cry and later on she came back but MTV told her that her fans were already gone. She explained everything to us and she is sorry if she made them feel bad. Next time make your research pls. Thanks

drinkmytears 2,332
Not people complaining about Gaga's $1,500 meet and greet If you want to meet Gaga for free, go to her hotel, wait outside the show, or bring an absurd amount of crap to throw at her and cross your fingers... The ARTPOP Zone comes with a gift bag that includes the tour program, a laminate, and a bubble gun. The bag is valued at like $30, the program $25 (probably $35 as its hard bound), a laminate is generally $15, and the bubble gun is a lot of fun actually and I guess maybe $10? So that's $90 bucks worth of stuff right there. Gaga's sold millions of tickets, 2 of her tours are some of the highest grossing of all time, and she's an amazing live performer. You should expect to spend a couple hundred dollars to go see her, Madonna and Beyoncé tickets are way more expensive than Gaga and she honestly puts on a better show if she's your cup of tea. The ARTPOP Zone is right in front of her piano, she's a critically acclaimed pianist. Also it is elevated seating that has an amazing view of the whole show. It looks really roomy in there too so you can dance around. Also if you want to leave and go to the GA floor you can do that. Bring a sign asking to go onstage and Gaga will likely take you up with her. Don't they get 2 free drinks too? A cocktail is like $10 anywhere you go. Honestly the ARTPOP Zone sounds like its worth it. I wouldn't pay $800 to meet Ariana Grande but if you love her and have the money why not? I doubt Ariana knows the price or controls it. The ARTPOP Zone is certainly worth it if you can afford it. I spent $1,200 on a Beyoncé VIP Package, I didn't get to meet her (well, I got a selfie, her sweat towel, and several handshakes) but I don't regret it at all. People who complain about VIP packages sound jealous and poor. Work hard and saveup! I couldn't afford ARTPOP Zone this time around, I wish I had saved up more but I'm not going to complain about the price because I didn't have 1.5 grand sitting around. Hopefully next time I do! Blade 5,603
And you guys are some ****ing hypocrites to hate on her and say she doesn't care for her fans when GaGa charges twice as much. Artists. don't. make. up. the. tour. prices.
