They haven't made any s-xual advances on me and have been nothing but respectful, professional, and hospitable. I live in the basement, and they live on the 2nd floor. I can't hear their s-xual escapades and I'm sure they can't hear mine. They never even asked me if I had a boyfriend or if I were to bring people home. That's good then. I see you live in Canada, maybe things are a lot more normal there. :) Where I've lived in Western Europe (more specifically London, Rotterdam and Amsterdam) a gay landlord = 99.9% of the time what I described. Same for in California where a close friend of mine tried to find a room. He once lived at a guy who started hosting chem s-x parties and another guy who would "accidentally" walk into my friend's bed room when he knew something was going on.
