Atlas 1
I'm just saying I would rather live in a nation that has generally good looking people than in a nation that has not very attractive people This is wrong on so many levels
Morphine Prince 109,684
That's an interesting read. And not this turning into a U.S v. the rest of the world debate (initiated by the rest of the world ) Why are guns even being talked about in this thread? nnnn do non-Americans still believe it's a common sight to see people walking around with guns? It's not Said I wouldn't post in here anymore but I had to. Are you telling me your neighbors don't go shooting every morning and you don't see a gun rack at every restaurant? Doug 186
Yes, but that doesn't make anyone is those states wealthy. It's most likely the opposite. The wealth disparity in those countries is much less severe than the one in the U.S. If the chart was showing median household income, then it wouldn't look so great for those states. The important point in all this ^

Goosey 3,017
Please tell me you're being sarcastic. Not really, the movie was quite disturbing especially the video footage at the start... when I think Britain I still think Dad's Army and On The Buses... Is that supposed to be a bad thing? Yes, it's a bad thing. In fact I wouldn't even consider living there for that reason alone. uo111 5,282
USA is so strange. It is always extremely high in those rankings along with such stellar countries as Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, yet there is so much poverty, big amounts of people struggling with finances, SH*T healthcare system (it is beyond atrocious!!), horrible and run-down neighborhoods, etc. But at the same time so many rich people and impressive technology. I wonder why? It's because the best colleges are here so our middle class is still rich and huge compared to other middle classes. No one really cares about poor people either, tbh. LeoFameMonster 1,592
this chart is so one sided, how can you compare the states of the US to other entire countries this article is extremely misleading If you compared the US's best GDP with another countries best GDP you will see the massive difference and power other countries have over the US. Germany being one of them. So don't pull that Jump A B*tch kinda fighting, fight 1 on 1 who wrote this Perez lmao
Rollercoaster 2
If I get hit by a bus the country looks after me without checking if I can pay first. So I can deal with it.

I wonder why? Capitalism like no other country. Europe is a bit more socialist than the US. But too socialist (not communist) doesn't help either: look at France this financial crisis and compare it to Belgium or Germany. And in the US, there's such a huge disadvantage for black people, hispanics and people who don't finish school and have poor parents themselves. Your life really suck if you belong to the 10% poorest of the nation, while in West-Europe the 10% poorest earn 20%+ more. But it also works vice versa, the 10% richest in the US make 50% more than the 10% richest in my country. But anyways, the average Asian in the US makes about 65000$ a year. The average black person makes about $30000 a year...
