u obviously didn't understand the OP or whats been going on :awkney:

 

They wanna buy Tim Hortons and form a Corporation as one although they will still operate as separate branches of the same Corporation

 

But the new Corporation they will form when they merge will be Canadian. The Headquarters for the Corporation will be in Canada so guess what, Tim Horton's will still be Canadian. Were the ones that converted Burger King to a Canadian Company
