Its also possible Burger King will keep the headquarters operating building in the US and the Tim Hortons building in Oakville Ontario. The new $18 Billion Corporation will still operate as two seperate branches but of one company. The Burger King Branch of the company may move to Canada only on paper but keeping its operating buildings in the US and just use the Tim Hortons Building as main headquarters on paper to qualify to Canadian Corporate Tax Rates! And are those timmies or burger kings? I rarely go to burger king...
