This is no popularity contest, but to raise awareness of Lou Gehrig's Disease. And so people will donate on ALSA.org to fund research for ALS cure. I am sure Gaga aware of that, hence she didn't say anything. But if she did, I hope she encourage people to donate. I hope this does not become another Movember.
