I don't think they could tour outside of the States, at least not Arenas.

I'm pretty sure it will be short.

I doubt that Tony would or could go on world tour with Gaga for months. I would assume that the tour would only consist of a few cities in the U.S. in some cool smaller elegant venues.

 

Tony has 10 concert dates coming up this September: London (two shows), New York, Glasgow, Birmingham, Dublin, Vienna, Berlin, Prague,  and Brussels.

 

For months? Probably not, unless they were kept to a minimum...but Tony does still tours outside of the US.
