LadyCaligula 0
:lmao: Guys this is a UNISEX perfume. They are not going to have some elegant design that hetros-xual men will feel weird carrying around. Unis-x perfume bottles usually look like these. Gaga's looks well designed. Yeah you expect that from the calvin kleins of the world and estee lauders...but not from Gaga... come on. Is it just for money or to be creative. Its just gonna smell like a bottle of lime water in a rolls royce cupholder... Leather, lime and water....Im sure Jo Malone's similar scent smells 10x better anyway. It could at least be a unique scent...but what do we know, this may not even be legit
Houdini 103
Pour it on me like it's holy water queen!!!!!!! oh
Bebe 16,995
Some people buy perfume just for the bottle you know If I go look for a perfume, and bunch of perfumes on display, I'll just ignore this because I'm not interested at all, and it doesn't stand out among others I'm glad you like it, sure I don't Yeah some people buy perfume just for the bottle, so it's good to have a uni-s-x bottle that appeals to both genders rather than an elegant/pretty design or a complicated or strange monstrosity that is off putting to a large amount of your core audience. As a hetros-xual male, if I walk into a perfume store I'm walking straight past "Fame" but I will stop to look at this perfume. It's something I could see myself buying. If I had people around at my house I wouldn't feel embarrassed to have a bottle like this on display. It wouldn't make sense to have a feminine or over-designed bottle for a unis-x perfume because it is going to alienate the very people you are trying to market the perfume to.... This bottle is fantastic for the base she is appealing to.
freebit 6,156
I like how simple it is. It's rare to see a celeb fragrance that doesn't look cheap & gaudy.

It isn't over complicated or pretty looking but it would be stupid for her to have a perfume design like that and alienate the people that this is created for. It's a classic design, elegant and expensive looking with the black and gold but it is also very strong. It appeals to a unis-x market, which is great for a unis-x perfume. Bebe 16,995
Honestly, some people are just mad that Gaga is appealing to a different audience. This is a unis-x perfume, there aren't many straight guys who are going to walk into a store and gravitate towards a disco-themed perfume bottle with wings that shoot out glitter. You look at this perfume bottle and assume that it doesn't smell like pretty flowers, it is black and gold and strong looking. This appeals to men but it's also a design that is appealing to women. She created a product for a particular audience and she is appealing to that audience. It is hardly shocking or stupid of her.
Illuminati Freak 2,432
The bottle & scent is very Tom Ford inspired I personally love it.
Gagaloo911 12,959
Was hoping for something more tbh. I loved the Fame bottle, was hoping for something unique looking like that. This looks like every other bottle of perfume. Well not every one but you know what I mean. It's been done before, whereas Fame hadn't
Alannah 2,949
It reminds me of Chanel bottles. Simple, but really pretty and elegant. I can't wait for this. Hopefully it reacts better with my skin, Fame only lasted an hour on me, if that.

Honestly though what straight guy is gonna go in to Macy's, see a bottle of perfume labelled "Eau de Gaga" and get it? It's a perfume first, where most straight men wear cologne, and second it has Gaga's name attached to it. Most straight men will more than likely look the other way, unless their girlfriend or wife forced them to get it or really like Gaga

She is releasing a Jazz album with Tony Bennett, she has appeared in Machete Kills as well as Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. These things appeal to straight guys, Machete Kills and Sin City are mainly marketed to that audience. Pictures like this: Are a lot s-xier than But both still retain a level of elegance and class that appeals to women. This could be marketed well enough for straight guys to buy the perfume and enough women should be interested for it to be a successful uni-s-x line. It seems immediately obvious that her two perfumes are being marketed in different ways to reach their target audience.
isaacanthony 142
HONESTLY! ....I'm just super excited to see the rest of the campaign for this perfume. She did amazing with "Fame" and by the looks of this first image from 'Eau De Gaga" its gonna be just as brilliant! Hoping the perfume really is unis-x, would love to try it :ARTPOP:
