After all the slack they got the for the fake Glenn death and the ending of Season 6's finale; I don't see them doing anything like that for a while.

It worked to get the season 7 premiere ratings through the roof; but with the ratings declining, doing it now would backfire probably and anger fans/viewers more, causing them to drop even more.

I don't find myself as close to many of the main characters as I was before this season. The way they have played out these episodes, it makes it difficult for me to be as intense about the characters as I was when they were a smaller group in survival mode. It wouldn't bother me in the least if a main character is killed off in this mid-season finale.

I don't get the fuss/critique about what they are doing/how the way the story is presented. It's noting new for the show. It's essentially the same way the 2nd half of season 4 was done. All of them were seperated into different groups with specific episodes centering around certain characters. And some of the best episodes of the show happened because of that method. Plus the group probably is around same size as it was at the prison, probably less, with the same threat of a larger group terrorizing them.

I don't see how it should make you feel less about a major character dying. The only other way they could have set up the 1st half of the season would be having everyone magically together and fighting the saviors, but that's too easy and makes the story less interesting.

Norman Reedus will be on The Talking Dead tomorrow night.  He will talk more on there than he has all season on the actual show. 

For Daryl fans, this has been his worst season.  I think he's grunted and maybe uttered out a few words. 

I'm not as big of a fan of him as I was in the early years, but can't they at least give him complete sentences?? 

I'm exaggerating a little, but not much. 

I will always love "early Daryl".

First of all, no need to be rude, this is a discussion thread so I can respond to anyone I want. And maybe instead of being short, you could have i don't know, maybe further explained your opinion/argument after my response.
